VICTOR A. SOLEDAD MARTINEZ. passed away on September 7, 2018 in El Paso, Texas.  He is survived by His Parents Martina and Juan and His Sister Annette.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Perches Funeral Home, Alameda Location at  5:00 pm – 8:00 pm with a Most Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm.
